About Peggy

I have spent the last 20 years teaching at two school districts. I am a certified PAT parent educator and I am certified birth to age 12 in the area of child development. I have two masters degrees. I am seeking a way to make extra money this summer by helping other families out. I have a warm personality and I love pets. I like working with kids because I love seeing new experiences through their eyes. I've dedicated my life to teaching, and I was nominated for the Missouri teacher of the year and received the Dennis Cooper Master Teacher award. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work Monday through Friday during the summer. I started working with kids professionally in 2005. I like to garden, cook, read, be outside, and spend time with my own children. I like to stay busy. I don't mind doing light housekeeping. My skills include knowing what is developmentally appropriate, helping children develop a routine, and providing activities that are age-appropriate.
