About Payton

Hi! I'm 19 and just took a 9 month Christian missions gap year trip, and will be starting college in August at CU Boulder! Caring for children and pouring into the next generation is my passion! With four years of experience caring for children of all ages, I bring a patient, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. I am comfortable caring for multiple children and enjoy outdoor games, board games, and educational activities with them. I have First Aid Training and Early Child Development Coursework. I can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and travel. I understand the importance of clear communication and will follow your preferred method to keep you informed about your child's day. While I am comfortable enforcing household rules, I prioritize open communication and understanding. My experiences in kids' church ministry and overseas missions have solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives !
