I am currently a PhD candidate in Biochemistry at UCSB where I have taught classes as a TA. In undergrad I worked as a tutor before graduating early and working as a paraprofessional educator at the college. I love teaching students with unique styles that are adaptive to different learners. As a creative mind studying STEM, I often come up with creative solutions when tutoring my students and absolutely love helping students see that there is no 'ideal candidate' to be a scientist.
