My most recent previous employer was a private preschool and elementry school in St. Anthony's Catholic School, where I was a supervisor and manager of their after school daycare. Soon there-after, my supervisor noticed my talent for not only caring for as many as 21 children at a time, but for my ability to bond with the children and parents through games and, more often, children's arts and crafts. I was then promoted to the schools arts and crafts coordinator. Before then, I was a private daycare's secondary assistant manager. It was there that I obtained my training and experience with all age groups, from two months, to 13 years, even mentally disabled toddlers. My duties were not only childcare, but cooking, cleaning and organizing cognitive development crafts for young children. Thank You for your time! Paulette
