Paula has been amazing for our family! She started watching my son when he was 6 months old, he is now 10 months. In the time she has been with us, her patience, energy, and care for our son has made all the difference. She took the time to understand my needs, and my fears, as a first time mom, she took the time to learn about my son's personality, when he is in a good mood, when he needs a little more TLC...when he was sick, she sat with him all day just letting him fall asleep on her shoulders. She sings, plays, talks, walks, and is so attentive when it comes to our son - it really put me at ease as a first time mom trusting another person with my baby. Paula always showed up earlier than our scheduled time, and when my husbands schedule changed, she worked with us to add an extra day to her working time with us. Paula has been great with our dogs, they are all on the larger side, and she navigates through their energy levels like a pro.
