Love what I do. Over 30 plus years working with elderly. I have a lot of experience in hospice care also. I have worked with Dementia , Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. Worked in RCFE ( 6 bed )homes with ADL, cooking cleaning, have also assisted in a lot of video calls with doctors and medication management. . Also have been assistant administrator for 3 homes. Elder care is my passion. Letting them know or feel like they still have some kind of independence is most important in their care. I feel I go above and beyond and taking care of someone.

Our family hired Paula in October of 2023 to help in our care of my then 92 yo father who had a stroke and later had a heart attack. She began by working half-days, but as his care needs grew, she eventually worked for us 12 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. She provided his ADLs, assistance with medication and feeding, and – most importantly – companionship. She became an integral part of our family, and my dad genuinely loved her. When it was time for hospice, she helped our family keep my father out of a SNF and allowed him of the dignity of dying at home. That would not have been possible without her assistance. Your loved one would be lucky to have her in their lives.
