Hi my name is Patty, I am 63 yrs old and have 2 adult boys and 1 grandchild. I started my career in health care at the age of 12. I volunteered at the old Veterans hospital as a candy striper. I then worked for St Camillus Nursing Home for 10 yrs. as a home health aide and also worked in the brain injury unit. I have worked in 2 of our local nursing home in Syracuse as a Receptionist and an aide, I am very familiar with personal care, medication preparation and working with Alzheimer' patients. I have now returned to work for our Veterans @ the Va hospital where I plan to retire. I have been doing private duty for over 15 yrs. I feel very passionate about our elders and do my best to make sure they spend the rest of there yrs happy and healthy. I have worked for many clients and have become very close to each and everyone of them. I have been blessed to meet so many kind people. I am just looking for a little extra money to help pay my bills and hopefully be of help to someone in need

I have had many aides for my Mom over the last 6 years and Patty was the best. Patty cares deeply for the patient and will do anything to be helpful. She also gave me support and would do anything to help me. She often filled-in at the last moment. Patty would come early and stay late. With Patty it is NOT about the money, it is about the patient. Patty is wonderful, if you hire her you will be very happy and your loved one will receive the very best care. Finally, Patty is honest and you can trust her in your home.
