About Patricia

Hello My name is Patricia, I am a Nursing Assistant with BLS (First Aid) certifications. I have 7+ years of caregiving experience and companionship specially with elders and their family. I am artistic, fun loving, compassionate, open to learn new things and very patient. The past 6 years I have been working with multiple clients with dementia that gave me the apportunity to learn how to treat a person with dignity and respect, to understand their history, lifestyle, culture and preferences, including their likes, dislikes, hobbies and interests and to looking at situations from the point of view of the person's I am caring for. I am proficient in taking vital signs, helping with activities of daily living like feeding, bathing, toileting, helping with mobility and exercises, I am ok with lighthouse keeping and monitoring medications.
