Emma was very competent, caring, and compassionate. She was caregiver for my mother who passed in July 2024. For several years and I worked with her but then moved onto something else. When mother‘s health was failing, she agreed to come and assess the current caregiver who was on vacation. She also went above and beyond the call of responsibility in helping mother enjoy her very last birthday. Mother had not been wanting to have any kind of a celebration which it turned out would be her last. Emma came and helped us get her out of the rehab facility and did her hair and make up and she felt so much better and then enjoyed her birthday party.
