About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as patient, caring a curious. I take great pride in my ability to assist in the care of a loved one. I am respectful and communicative. I like caring for seniors because I like to be helpful and enjoy have conversations with people. I have learned alot from my time in senior care I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my other work schedule. I hope to work with people who are communicative and respectful. I worked as Wait Staff in a retirement community for 5 years. I have since done short term in-home care as needed by family or friends. In my spare time, I like to read! And walk out by the beach. One thing you should know about me is I do have another job and am hoping to make some extra income here. I am flexible and happy to work around my schedule or on my days off if that works best. My skills include positive and encouraging communication. Patience. Happy to organize craft projects and outings.
