I don't even know where to begin. I have three children, ages 12, 10 and 6. Patricia started working as our nanny when my daughter was four months old and has been with us since in various roles. Because my first two kids were only 18 months apart I relied on her heavily in almost every capacity. She helped with driving, grocery shopping, bathing, attending classes with the kids, running errands, laundry and any other random need a new mom could imagine. She was willing to do anything she could do help out - never complaining that something was beneath her or that it was too difficult. At this point Patricia is part of our family, she's included in our family birthday parties and is loved by all of us. She is such a calming and positive influence to all around her that I have come to rely on her as a friend as much as my kids did as a nanny.
