About Patricia

I am a patient, resourceful, and active retired educator. My most recent teaching experience has been at the elementary level, K-5, providing reading, written language, and math instruction for students in small group settings. Active certifications include Special Education Administrator and Teacher of Children with Moderate Special Needs. Recently inactive certifications are Teacher of Reading and Elementary Education. For the past three years I have worked with a family providing child care and tutoring, two days per week. Due to family schedule changes with school, I am looking to work with a new family. I look forward to working with a family who is a match with my philosophy of supporting the developmental needs of children, both academic and social-emotional.
