Annie was a caregiver for my mother for the last 6.5 years. My mother was 85-91 years old during this time. She also helped my brother who was dying of cancer in his last few months of life. Over the years, Annie helped my mother with dressing and showering, preparing her meals, helping her manage her diabetes, driving her to medical appointments, toileting, and general mobility (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, and hoyer lifts). She also provided genuine companionship for my mother and got to know my mother extremely well - her favorite movies and shows, her food likes/dislikes, her favorite places to visit or see, etc. She is also an amazing household manager and went above and beyond to manage my mother's household and to keep it clean when my siblings and I were working or were too far away to help. She really understood my mother and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as a caregiver to anyone's loved one.
