I am a mother and I have worked as a special education Paraprofessional for 15 years and I have done in-home support and aba therapy for 5 years. I have worked with individuals diagnosed with behavioral, mental health, special needs (autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, etc). I have worked in group homes and residentials. I have experience with ADLs, med management, and I hold several certifications. I also worked in a daycare for 3 years. Being a mother I have experience from birth, and have worked with adults up to the age of 90, and everything in between.
