Paola has been working for us for a few weeks and she is by far the best nanny we've had. We had a hiccup at first because of a personal issue but it was quickly cleared up and everything has been running smoothly ever since. She's dependable, takes charge while still asking your opinion and puts the child's happiness first, which in my opinion is most important.
