I have been a Nanny for the same family for almost 9 years , It started off taking care of a newborn for both children , when the oldest went to preschool I started taking care of his newborn sister 2 years afterwards . Now that they are 6 and 9 they don't need me as often because of their Schooling and activities so I only watch them occasionally .. As for Senior care I was responsible for taking care of my parents for close to 10 years ., They lived with my husband and I and I took care of them as a full time job with Cooking , Cleaning , Laundry , Taking care of their Meds , Driving them to Dr appointments and other errands for them .. My dad has since passed away and my Mother moved away to be near my Siblings in another State . I had a Salon in a Senior housing Development for a year where I was the only Hairstylist / Cosmetologist where I would go to their Apartment , do their hair then return them to their Apartment ..
