My approach as a mother, nanny, and educator is built on a foundation of understanding, respect, kindness, positive reinforcement, and lots of encouragement. I'm a gentle and consistent caregiver, which allows me to gain a child's respect without discouraging them or negatively impacting their self-esteem. My job is to nurture and help children grow to their full potential, which is something I take deep pride in. For every child under my care, I create a fun, safe, and loving environment where they can play, explore, learn, and be themselves. I'm very energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging, which are just a few things that make me such a great nanny. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to ASL (American Sign Language). I have taught my 1-year-old daughter how to communicate her needs/wants using ASL. In addition, I have cared for a child with a Cochlear Implant, ADD/ADHD, and children who are on the autism spectrum.
