Hello! I have over 10 yrs of experience in providing supports and care for children and adults with PDD and ASD. I've received training in ABA therapy and have extensive work history with a focus on daily life goals, as well as music therapy (I play and teach several instruments), cooking, outdoor activities, and exercise (I often bring clients to the gym with me if the team agrees that is a good idea!). I have previously trained in crisis intervention (Mandt system) and have learned methods to provide thoughtful and considerate care. I'm very flexible and happy to work with my clients on a schedule that best suits everyone. I am also comfortable with pets as well as helping out with other chores! I believe communication is key, patience is imperative, and safety is vital while making sure fun is had by all! Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
