About Olivia

I'm Olivia! I've been fueled by working with people for as long as I can remember. My mother has passionately worked in palliative care and hospice for years, sculpting my understanding of caregiving and quality of life at an early age. I have several years tutoring and mentoring students (gen-ed/sped) under my belt, and am currently working with adults with severe intellectual disabilities and high intensity autism. My goal is always to provide support, friendship, guidance, and access to enriching experiences. I prioritize leading with warmth, compassion, and light-heartedness to alleviate stressors and facilitate meaningful experiences for the people around me. Working in a therapeutic day school setting has afforded me the opportunity to navigate challenging behaviors, diverse learning and regulatory needs, and above all, meeting people where they're at.
