Hello! My name is Olivia and I am going to be a senior at Michigan State University this fall studying social work and sociology. I have always loved working with children, and have recently developed a passion for working with those with special needs. Currently, I work for a company which provides ABA therapy to those with autism, and I love every minute of it! I have been with this company for about 6 months now, and have received extensive training (60+ hrs), as well as having experience with working with children on different parts of the spectrum- each child has something new to teach me! As a childcare provider, I have around 8+ years paid experience, both babysitting and working in a local daycare. I am fun, friendly, patient and loving; I am also responsible, and know how to be firm when necessary. I know you would feel comfortable with your child in my care!
