I hired Olivia for a full time nanny position and she was a tremendous help to me on very short notice one afternoon after she was hired but before her official work date. She has a great personality and interacted well with my children. However, she emailed me a week before her start date to tell me that she was going to work for a family member instead. This was very short notice and was only through an email. This was very disappointing and put me in a difficult position to find a quick alternative.
