I have worked with children with special needs for quite sometime and I find that when I work with them it is when I flourish the most. I love being there to support them, but I also love to work with them and find ways to become their friends. I am currently a psychology major with a special education minor at the University of Oregon. I was a volunteer for the special needs class at my high school and also worked at a Jewish summer camp and worked one on one with kids with special needs. I am heavily involved in special olympics and try to volunteer whenever I am able to.
