Hello Parents. My name is Nyisha. I have been living in Texas for about 10 years now. I moved here for an internship which kind of started my childcare experience. The internship was originally for one year working with Casa de Esperanza de los Ninos in Houston, TX. I ended up working there for four years. This is where my love of kids and a passion to work with youth was created. During that time I gained many childcare skills. Throughout those four years, I believe I cared for around 50 children with the ages ranges from infant to age 7. I am comfortable working with multiple kids at once but maybe two as I haven't worked in the foster care for a few years now. I am the queen of babysitting for my friends who have children. Currently I help babysit a friends 2 going on 3-year-old (to give you an age range). One thing, that I am hoping is not a factor for elimination, I do not drive but a willing to help with some housework as I also love cleaning and organizing.
