I am a provider with a lot of experience. I used to work in Assisted Living for 14+ years as a Lead Care Manager. I have certifications of Activity Director Course, Lead Care Manager and First Aid. I am also a QMAP. I have ensured proper training and procedures are in place of the highest quality of care for the residents. I have trained new Care Managers and Lead Care Managers, as well. I love to provide and to assist with the activities of daily living and to meet their needs. I was an Activity Director, providing leisure activities, ways to stimulate and encourage residents' minds and physical functions. I was also a Psycho-Social Assistant in a nursing home, provided one-on-one sessions to residents 3 times a week for 15 mins., assisted them to meet their basic needs including their emotional and mental well-being. I was also a part-time Home Care Worker, provided leisure activities with elderly and assisted individuals in activities of daily living
