I hired Nora to help with my posted job. We met prior and she was so nice and seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. She was scheduled to meet my kids the night before starting the position and texted to say she needed to push the time later. I never heard from her after that, despite a few attempts on my end. As a result, the job I hired her for she didn't show up for or make contact there after. I was very disappointed and would have appreciated a simple message that she changed her mind instead of ghosting the job and leaving me in a bind all week.
