I am fun and energetic, I currently work for Champions Before and After school program as a kindergarten teacher. I prefer the kids to pick what they would like to do as long as it's not hazardous to themselves or others. Additional responsibilities that I have done was make sure that the kids have done what is needed before doing anything else like making sure that homework is done before letting them watch television or playing any games, also making sure the kids have a little snack when they are hungry, and making sure they got into bed when they are suppose to be in bed by.

Noel is friendly and patient and very flexible. She implemented behavioral rewards/consequences at our request and was always receptive to feedback. My kids love her!!! Noel provided daily after school care for my 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter. She took them to the park and always engaged them in fun activities without being asked. She often provided evening babysitting for date nights. Occasionally, when circumstances called for babysitting without notice, Noel was always available. I was never worried about safety. My son can be challenging to manage and Noel did very well with him, using a kind but firm strategy. She often did homework and site words and then other fun activities. We would hire her again in a second. We are sad that we couldn't pack her up and move her out of state with us!!!
