I am a CNA and a Psychiatric Nursing Assistant. I am experienced with assisting patients with ADLs, ROM exercises, bathing, toileting, and feeding. I am also experienced with taking and charting all vital signs, measuring intake and output, as well as cleaning and emptying Foley bags. I have clinical knowledge of most medical and psychiatric disorders, and am aware of how to approach patient behavior in any situation. I am experienced with redirection, personal and mechanical restraints. Additionally, I am familiar with reading patient charts, and being aware of allergies and modified diets. I am able to do light to moderate housekeeping, and have significant experience with patients who are bed bound, or need assistance with movement.
