Noel is an amazing young lady who I've had the pleasure of knowing for the past couple years. Noel has consistently cared for my children when needed and does a phenomenal job. My children can't wait for the next time she comes as she is actively engaged in playing and nurturing when I am not there. Noel is an upstanding young woman who is passionate about life, is responsible but also takes things seriously when needed. Noel would be a great addition to any team and help the team to be successful in any endeavor. We are quite sad she has moved away! I'm happy to provide any further reference needed.
