About Nina

Hi! I'm Nina, recent college graduate with a degree in Social Justice from Occidental College. I am from Berkeley, CA and living currently in El Cerrito. I love the outdoors, yoga, mindfulness, reading, and being creative. I am looking for childcare and tutoring opportunities in the Bay Area and would be happy to connect and talk about how I could support you and your family's needs! I have worked with children since I was in high school as assistant teacher for a summer school class of third graders. In addition, I worked in Berkeley teaching kids from preschool to high school age how to sew, supervising, and leading activities. During college, I worked for two years for the USC Joint Educational Project tutoring students between second and fourth grade in English, and was promoted my second year to Assistant Coordinator for the program. During my time traveling South America in 2020, I nannied for a4-year-old boy in Perú, tutored him in English and supervising him for a month.
