Nikita, genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. She approaches her work with kindness, patience, and understanding, making sure that the individual’s emotional needs are met. Punctuality and reliability are crucial in caregiving, and Nikita has never disappointed me. She is always on time for her shifts and has handled the responsibilities given to her with diligence. Also, she ensures compliance with healthcare standards as well as maintaining a safe working environment with regards to my mobility. I have found Nikita to keep a clean work environment, while being well organized in doing so. Finally, I have found Nikita to be an outstanding caregiver who goes above and beyond the typical standatds to ensure my comfort, dignity, and happiness.
