Nicole applied for my job posting for elder care. She was very prompt and conscientious about providing information and communicating. After a few conversations, we both decided to move forward. She agreed to holding a meet and greet on a Sunday and start the next day. Several other people were interested in the job, but we declined them once Nicole committed to a start date. She ended up being a no-show at the scheduled meet and greet without any communication. We never heard from her again. She came highly recommended from her references so I was disappointed she didn't have the common courtesy to let us know she changed her mind. Hope you have better luck with her than we did, but such behavior definitely doesn't bode well for reliability.
