I have 3 degrees in education: Special Education, Deaf Education and Early Childhood Specialist. I am fluent in both English and American Sign Language (ASL). ASL is my second language and my primary usage because I have a hearing loss. Currently, I substitute at a school for the deaf and I am looking for other part-time work to keep me busy and make ends meet with my bills. I enjoy working especially with children. Teaching is my passion because I love seeing children's eyes widen when they finally understand something.

I have known Nicole many years. First I was her Dorm House Mother, then she came back to work here at the school. She left for several years due to health issues and has now returned as a Substitute Teacher. Nicole is a reliable Substitute Teacher. She does a great job with the students. She is flexible and hard working. Nicole is at her best when she is taking care of others.
