Hi, My name is Nicole. I have 20 plus years of working with children with developmental delays (11 years with my own sweet son H who has ADHD, Expression Base Speech Delay, and Autism), I have 6 years of in home ABA experience, have spent the last year finishing my psychology degree, and just have an overwhelming love for everything that is care based. My day job has me working for as a Family Advocate for Lutheran Community Services , for families who have children in mental health crisis situations. Before my job with LCS I was a Parent Partner for the Greater Y Accelerator of Seattle, and helped many families navigate the chronic crises they were experiencing while trying to best support their developmental delayed child in home or in out of state placement. I am a lover of everything art , was a professional ballet dancer, absolutely love to create play through the platform of dance, and really anything that involves child led imaginative play.
