We hired Nicole to care for our now almost 7 month old a few months ago and she has been so wonderful. We need to let her go for financial reasons, but we would have her with us until our daughter goes to college if we could afford it. I can't say I've ever met someone more kind, loving and wholesome. She spends every second of every day she is here 100% engaged with our daughter. She is never on her phone or preoccupied. She is flexible regarding parenting styles and is not at all judgmental. Anyone who hires her is incredibly lucky to have her care for their little one(s).
