Hi there, I've graduated in pedagogy back in 2006. I've had the pleasure to work for some amazing families, whom some, are still a part of my life. Most of my experience have been with infants and toddlers, but I've worked with older kids too. I'm passionate about my job and truly love what I do! I'm also a mom. So besides the plus experience there lol, I come from a place of total understanding of a parent expectations and wonders in regards to trusting someone to care for their most precious thing in the world! I take my job very seriously. I'm very responsible and reliable. I love to be helpful and make your life easier as much as I can! I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in terms of child development and care, but I will always respect and listen to the parents opinions and considerations first, and follow your lead. Neide was our family's nanny full-time for 2.5yrs. But she became so much more than a nanny to us - she became part of our family! At the she began with us our children were ages 3 & 7. At the time my husband and I were both working outside the home 5 days a week. Neide quickly caught on to our schedule and went above and beyond helping both our children and family thrive. She did everything from leading playdates, carpooling to activities, helping with homework, following our children's diets, cleaning, organizing, etc. 6 months into her employment Covid hit and our world changed but thank goodness for Neide!! She saved us. She adjusted immediately to our new needs and we became virtual teachers overnight. We can't recommend Neide enough. She's thoughtful, she's responsible, she has a natural ability with children and is just generally a lovely person. 2 years later and she's still very much a part of our family.
