About Nathalie

I'd describe my personality as lively as I enjoy having fun and being outgoing but also having some structure and being disciplined. I'm an easygoing person who creates calm and joyful environments. I like working with kids because their energy, curiosity and joy are contagious. I find it rewarding to help guide and support their growth while also creating a safe and joyful environment where they feel loved and supported. Being part of child development is something I take seriously and a privilege I deeply value. I'm looking for a job that I can create a strong and trusting relationship with the children and parents. I'd like to work in an environment that values open communication, kindness and consistency. I started working with kids when I was about 15 years old at my churches nursery. From there I've now progressed to being a gymnastics coach for preschoolers, kindergartens and elementary school kids.
