About Natasha

Hello Parents, My name is Natasha N. I am so thrilled to be pursuing in-home childcare once again. Within the last 6 years I have had the pleasure of working within early education as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at an accredited preschool in Portland Oregon. As a lead teacher to a class of 10-17 children between the ages of 3-5 years old I have well earned experience in Regio Emilia inspired learning, Conscious Discipline and Montessori technique. Within my classrooms and in homes I aim to create and maintain an environment of empowerment with compassionate, safe and respectful communication. Along with my experience in the classroom I have spent 7+ years as a nanny and in home caregiver to wonderful families in Oregon and California. Due to Covid-19 I have decided to offer my years of experience in childcare and early education to families directly. My hope is to support you and your families through empowerment, creativity and compassionate care.
