Natalya had agreed to come work one day from 9-4, and with the expectation for a long term position. I took off the day of work to spend the time to train her on her first day. We confirmed the evening previous that she was still coming to work. An hour and a half before her start time, she texted and said she was not able to fulfill the position. This left us in a bind for the day and rest of week, which we thought she would be working. As a result, I will not be able to work.
