Natalie has been with us for three years, and has taken care of kids ages 3 months to 4 years. She is very dependable—has rarely called out sick and carefully follows any instructions or requests I make. She does a fantastic job handling the strong emotions of the toddler years. She responds to tantrums with calmness, quiet, and love for the child. Our children both love Natalie! She comes up with great activities for them, both fun and educational, and she is willing to let the children choose activities too.
