About Natalie

I have over 7 years of tutoring experience, specializing in all levels of math. I have taught K-12, all algebra levels, pre-algebra, precalculus, geometry, and AP Calculus. My degrees are in mathematics and computer science from the University of South Carolina Honors College. I currently work as a Math Instructor at Art of Problem Solving Academy, where I teach full classrooms of 16 students. English wasn't my first language, so I was challenged in school growing up. Tutoring is a passion of mine because I know how it feels to struggle, and I want to help my students enjoy learning and become confident in their abilities. I also have a talent for test prep tutoring, being a National Merit Scholar. I was able to help increase student scores in the hundreds for the SAT and 5-6 cumulative points on average for the ACT, with higher scores depending on the frequency and length of working with these students.
