Childcare for about 3 yrs for young grandson (2-5 yrs old). Duties included feeding, playing games inside/out, reading/learning toys, working puzzles, swimming during summer, trips to parks, store, keeping on schedule w meals n naps. Talking through instances of behavioral issues. Never any problems handling correction or discipline.
