It was very important to us that our babysitter be able to be fair yet firm with our six-year-old daughter, who is 0% interested in doing her homework, and Natalie excelled at this. She can be no nonsense when she needs to be and that is exactly what we wanted and needed to help our daughter do her best! Would definitely hire Natalie again :)
