Natalie was our babysitter from the time our daughter was 8 months old until it was time for Natalie to go away to college. During college, Natalie would check in with us to see if we needed babysitting help during her breaks, which we did! My husband and I both work remotely, and we wanted a babysitter who wouldn't mind coming to our house so we could spend more time with our daughter. We also have a first-grade son Natalie helped with as well. Natalie always kept the play areas neat, picked up dishes, gave baths as needed, and was very patient and soothing while our daughter was teething and cranky. Our daughter can also be a little shy with people other than us, so Natalie was patient too when the baby would freak out for a while as soon as Natalie arrived until they got in a routine. There was also an occasion when we were out of town and the dogs were home with a dog sitter who can't handle a lot of rough physical activity, and one dog got covered in mud. Coordinating with the dog sitter and a family member, I contacted Natalie and asked if she could go to our house and wash the dog. She went right over and handled it so we could relax on our trip.
