I'd describe my personality as kind, caring, stress-resistant. I like working with kids because children are open and sincere. They share their secrets, successes, good moods and their most cherished dreams. This energizes and disposes them to contact. Children give quality feedback. If there is good contact, you can immediately see if the child likes the activities and understands everything. This determines whether the chosen communication strategy is effective.
