Hi, Thank you for taking the time to look over my profile. I am Nancy R. and have over 12 years of experience working with children from newborns all the way to high school years. My experience with children is both personal, living with my sister and her 3 kids and professional, both in-home settings and at centers/schools. I have been a behavioral therapist with ABA training. Although my passion is infancy up to the first 3 years of life, I am flexible and willing to adjust to the family's needs. I am amazed by how fast and how much infants learn and being able to be part of the first times children do something is wonderful. I do have a BA in child development and an AA in social and behavioral science. I have worked both one on one with kiddos in their homes or schools and I have also worked as a manager of a whole nanny company and been a director of a preschool. Nancy was hired to help my two girls with online classes and to help with childcare. I can't say enough nice things about Miss Nancy; she helped my children excel in their classes were before they were struggling with an online format. Even my child's kindergartner teacher had to make several comments on how my child improved and how fast she caught up with the rest of the class. I will always be grateful to Nancy for this. She watched them in class and worked with them on areas they were struggling in and praised them for doing well. When they were not in school she added to their learning by providing games, crafts, and other personalized learning activities. She was very nurturing with my children, made sure snacks and lunches were healthy, made sure they had some active playtime. Nancy gave me peace of mind while working; she is VERY dependable and was there on time every day. She felt like part of the family and we were extremely lucky to have her when we did.
