I am a teacher of 34 years with a Reading Specialist Degree, who has worked with special needs children all my life. I have worked with children with special disabilities such as developmental delays, autism, reading and learning, attention deficit disorder, and speech and vision disabilities. I have raised 4 children of my own, one of whom required special accommodations in school. I also have 2 grandchildren, 3 years old and 5 months old. I love children and have a special place in my heart for children with special needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have taught Remedial Reading and have worked as an Intervention Teacher.
