Nadina works as the primary caregiver for our two special needs boys. She consistently goes above and beyond in all areas of responsibility. She has learned and implemented specific techniques to utilize with our boys to help redirect, de-escalate, and teach them appropriate daily living skills in place of their sometimes very challenging behaviors. She has formed incredibly close relationships with our boys and they both truly love her and see her as part of our family. We trust Nadina completely with our boys, she provides them transportation, takes them to doctors appointments, prepares meals for them, cleans up after then, and works directly with the boy s therapists to ensure all of the boy s special needs are being met. Nadina has a passion for children and demonstrates impeccable work ethic and commitment to her role as our boy s primary caregiver. One of our boys has severe developmental and intellectual disabilities. He is incontinent and can be very aggressive due to his inability to communicate. Nadina has the patience, determination, and ability to work through these extraordinary challenging and aggressive behaviors with ease. At any time Nadina can be found hugging, kissing, loving, and praising our boys. She also firmly redirects them and teaches them that regardless of their behaviors they are still expected to do what they are supposed to do. We are so grateful to have her, she has now become part of our family and we love her dearly. We highly recommend Nadina; she is a blessing to our family and would be to any family.
