I clean houses, apartments, rental property and/or businesses. I have cleaned for many people on a one time basics, every two weeks, once a month, after remodels on houses, or getting it ready to sell thru Real Estate . We can work out a schedule that fits you. I have clean for several people in the past few years and would be happy with giving you my references. The only thing that I will charge more for is to clean the ovens. Refrigerators I do wipe them down on the outside, but to do detail cleaning in it will be extra. I do my best to please you, sometimes I would add a little something extra that the customer wouldn't think to ask to be cleaned this seems to surprise to customer and makes them feel happy when coming home. I usually charge by the job, but can charge by the hour.
