About Myalynn

Hi, I'm Mya. I just finished my first year at Susquehanna university. I am looking for work this summer and I love working with kids and look forward to meeting yours! I am from Brooklyn and know the areas of Williamsburg and Greenpoint well. Playing collegiate softball I am very active and bring that into my work with kids! I'd describe my personality as funny, caring and kind I like working with kids because they are creative, playful and eager to learn. I find it enjoyable to watch kids develop and grow in their own way. I started working with kids when I was 16. I have worked for a single mom who needed me on weekends. I would help her with her son (8) who is autistic and her younger son (4). I would take them on walks, go to the park and build things with them. I was happy to provide that care for them! In my spare time, I like to play softball, travel, learn new cultures, and try new places to eat. My skills include conflict resolution, patience, and compassion
