In hospice care, I have provided comfort and emotional support to terminally ill individuals, helping them maintain dignity and quality of life during their final days. Additionally, I have experience working with patients with dementia, where I've developed strategies to improve communication, manage challenging behaviors, and ensure a safe environment. I am also proficient in operating a Hoyer lift, ensuring safe transfers for patients with limited mobility.
